GRANTS FOR ON-CHAIN AI AGENTS
Most "AI agent" funding in 2026 goes to two extremes: a chatbot with a ticker, or a research lab with no product. We fund the middle — agents that do real work on-chain — with a grant that buys the first milestone and a fund that stays for the round.
What we fund
- Execution agents — hold keys, sign transactions, rebalance, route — the output is an action, not a paragraph.
- Agent infrastructure — custody and spending limits for software, intent and settlement rails, agent-to-agent payments (x402-style).
- Verifiable agents — on-chain audit trails; ZK proofs that an agent did what it claims.
What we usually pass on
- Chat interfaces over an LLM API with a token attached.
- Trading bots that only work on one venue and would run identically on AWS.
- Agent "frameworks" with no user and no reason to be on-chain.

Does my agent need to be live?
No. Idea and prototype stage are fine — a repo, a demo or a clear architecture is enough. 60+ teams received grants this way.
Which chains do you fund?
Chain-agnostic. Our portfolio spans Ethereum L2s, Solana and app-specific stacks; what matters is that the chain does real work in your design.
What happens after the grant?
If the milestone ships, the fund can lead a $50K–$250K round, incubate for 3–6 months and take you to TGE through its launchpad — RepoSwap did prototype → $3.4M in nine weeks.
Do you take equity or tokens for the grant?
No. The grant is non-dilutive. Equity/token terms only appear if we both choose to do a priced round later.
