We've now taken fourteen projects from idea to token through our launchpad. The single biggest lesson isn't about tokenomics or exchanges — it's timing.
The rules we follow now
- Launch into attention, not into a vacuum. A strong product in a dead week does worse than a decent one in a hot narrative.
- The 90-day clock is a feature. Idea to TGE in one quarter keeps the story fresh; every extra month of delay costs the round more than it adds to the product.
- Liquidity is part of the product. We plan market structure with the same care as the contract audit.
- Leave something for day two. The teams that survive listing are the ones with an announcement still in the tank.
Portfolio companies have raised $94.2M across rounds — and most of that capital showed up on schedule because the launch did.
